The company was founded in 1977 and imported kitchenware, tableware, and marble products from the Far East. They ventured into the health and fitness industry with the manufacturing of trampolines but it was in the 1980′s when the fitness craze really took off that the company seized the opportunity and expanded their products to include treadmills, rowing machines, exercise bikes and home gyms under the name ProForm Fitness.
