The John Lewis XT1 elliptical cross trainer has a choice of 24 training programs including 12 pre-set, 4 user, 5 heart rate control and body fat and watt control. It has a blue back-lit console that displays: time, distance, calories, speed, RPM, heart rate and level.

The XT1 elliptical from John Lewis also has a 13″ stride length and 2 stage positional footplates. The quiet motion of this crosstrainer makes it ideal for exercising at home plus its compact elliptical design makes it easier to store.
