An elliptical cross trainer of this standard provides a smooth and quite operation which is ideal for home use. For safe effective training there is heart rate monitoring and 16 variable resistance levels plus a body fat analyser so you can check your weight program results.
For absolute comfort while working out there are fully adjustable footplates with height adjustment for the smoothest elliptical action. The inclusion of transport wheels makes it easier to move into position and because no power supply is needed it can be placed anywhere in the home.
The TrimMaster CT118 offers a low impact upper and lower body workout for users of all abilities and fully adjustable cross trainer is great for families to use at home. The maximum user weight is 125kg/19 stone.
